Cancellation conditionsValidation of a reservation :
Stays are only guaranteed by the receipt of a deposit deductible from the invoice on your arrival. Deposits can be cashed on receipt. Deposits must be paid at the latest within 5 days of the booking request.Deposit required: cheque or credit card transfer to the order of Le Patio, in the amount of 50% of the total price of the stay.
Your reservation will be definitive once a deposit has been received. The payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale.


Cancellation by the client :-Cancellation before the beginning of the stay:
If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit is returned to the client.
If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation. An arrangement can be made by changing the date of stay.
For bookings via Booking, please refer to the general conditions of sale of the Booking website.
-If the client does not show up before 7 p.m. on the day of the beginning of the stay, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner.
-In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the reserved accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.

Departure time :
The departure of the rooms must be done by 10:30 am


Payment of the balance of the accommodation :
The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival at the Patio.
